A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday December 9, 2017 from 2 to 4pm at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy.

On a beautiful Saturday morning, Marvin came into this world as a blessing to his Dad, Glenford, and Mom, Ruth.  What a joyous day.  As the firstborn, the joy soon spread across the entire family, as the knowledge that Marvin was here on this earth, became known.  There was much rejoicing.

Marvin the eldest of four, shared a close relationship with his siblings and became the rock and pillar of comfort as big brothers do in times of need. He became their go to, fix it guy in all things. His love for Dad, Mom and family was unsurpassed as Marvin gave himself freely and without hesitation.

Marvin love for electronics was enhanced after attending college where he studied for two years, and with this skill, Marvin was able to help others by building computers and even remotely troubleshoot and fix computers. He built a career around computers. He was intelligent, knowledgeable and wise.

Marvin is survived by his Dad, Glenford, His Mom, Ruth, His brother Omar and his sisters, Lee-Ann and Shamah and his beloved niece Alexa.  He is also survived by his Uncles Reynold and Joseph, Aunties Solange, Annette, Polly, Mary, Rosemary, Helen and Sarah, Myrtle, St. Ville, Catherine, Yvette, Jennifer and Eunice.  His numerous cousins include Glenis(Jr), Paul, Sharon, Donna, Diamond, Marella, Robert(Jr), Reynold(Jr), Roger, Larissa, Nyron, Dwayne, Nigel, Lenny, Esther, Sasha, Michelle, Paul(Jr), Prince    and Claudette among others.

Marvin’s departure of his earthly body embraces his moniker ATLUEN, All The Love You Ever Need.  He lived by that mantra throughout his life.  His smile his voice, his joy of living, though encumbered with obstacles, did not deter his ability to share that love.  Marvin was born in Love, lived in Love and departed in Love.  He had it all.
