Raymond F. Wesley, 77, of South Amboy died on Wednesday January 10, 2018 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy. Born and raised in Perth Amboy he lived in South Amboy most of his adult life. He was a graduate of Perth Amboy High School Class of 1958. He was employed in a variety of management positions before retiring from the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. He was a member of the South Amboy Knights of Columbus Council #426 and the South Amboy Elks Lodge #784. He loved golfing, deep sea fishing, skiing and cooking.

Son of the late Francis and Frances Surowka Wesley he is also predeceased by his sister and brother-in-law Lorraine and Danny J. DiPoalo. He is survived by his nephew Daniel J. DiPoalo; his niece Donna Gorczany Parker; his great nephews Matthew and Nicholas DiPoalo and his goddaughters Carey Elizabeth Duques, Noelle Petragnani and Christine Gondarz.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday January 16, 2018 at 10am at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by interment in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation will be on Monday from 3 to 7pm.
