Alexander Thomas Zaremba

Alexander Thomas “Sonny” Zaremba, 75, of Old Bridge died on Friday November 9, 2018 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge. Born in Perth Amboy he was a longtime resident of South Amboy. Before retiring he was employed by Roofers Local 4, Newark.

Son of the late Alexander William and Helen Caroline Zaorski Zaremba he is also predeceased by his wife Beverly Ann Malkiewicz Zaremba and his son Michael A. Zaremba. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Kimberly Ann and Russell Shepherd of Northborough, Massachusetts; his grandchildren Alex Russell and Erin Taylor Shepherd of Northborough, Massachusetts; his sister Barbara Trojan of Iselin; his brother-in-law Jan Malkiewicz and his wife Cheryl of Parlin and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday November 12, 2018 at 12noon at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by interment in Christ Church Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday morning only from 10am to 12noon.
