Deborah A. Jones

Deborah A. Jones, 61, of Waretown died on Saturday September 22, 2018 at Community Medical Center, Toms River after a short battle with cancer. Born in South Amboy she was employed by the U.S. Post Office, Toms River.

Daughter of the late Mary Durski she is also predeceased by her beloved dog Gizmo. She is survived by her husband Steve Jones; her sons Liam Jones and his wife Julie of Howell and Bryan Jones of Eatontown; her grandchildren Lexa and Jayla; her former spouse Bob Jones of Newport, Vermont; her stepson Ryan Jones of Waretown and her dogs Tucker and Zoey.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday September 26, 2018 at 8:45am from The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by a 9:30am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, South Amboy. Interment will be in Christ Church Cemetery, South Amboy. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm.
