Harold Richard Keefer

Harold Richard Keefer, 70, of Sparta died on Sunday October 28, 2018 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. Born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, he lived in Sparta for 40 years. Before retiring he was employed by Prudential Insurance Company, Roseland.

Son of the late Richard N. Keefer he is survived by his mother Peggy Lou Beissel Keefer of Matawan; his sister and brother-in-law Jane and Lane Emley of Barnegat and his niece Jessica Halleran and her husband Sean.

Cremation was private. A memorial visitation will be held on Monday November 5, 2018 from 12noon to 1pm at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. A memorial service will be held at 12:45pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choosing.
