Joseph J. Pasquale, 64, of Hamilton died on Friday September 1, 2017 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in Elizabeth he grew up in Parlin and was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School, South Amboy. He received his Associates Degree from Middlesex County College and was employed by General Motors for over 40 years.

Son of the late Nicolo and Catherine Pollino Pasquale, he is also predeceased by his sister, Patricia Fierro, in 2002. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Timothy and Tara Pasquale of Metuchen; his daughter and son-in-law Kristin and Jason Weag of Aberdeen; his brother and sister-in-law Ronald and Denise Pasquale of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania; his sister and brother-in-law Laurie and Michael Stieglitz of Stewartsville; his grandchildren Scott, Sean, Brayden and Riley and his nieces and nephews Michelle Putnam and her husband Michael, Matthew Pasquale, Ashley Roberts and Samantha Stieglitz.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 5, 2017 at 8:45am from The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by a 9:30am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, South Amboy. Entombment will be at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation will be on Monday from 4 to 8pm.
