Louise D. Blake Clark, 65, of Parlin died on Friday January 11, 2019 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy.

Daughter of the late Charles and Wanda Fisher Blake she is survived by her husband Alfie Clark; her daughters Stephanie and Lisa Clark; her brother Charles; her sisters Christine and Roseanne; her grandchildren Tyler Ryan and Colin Clark and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 6pm on Monday January 14, 2019 at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. Cremation will be private. Visitation will be on Monday from 4 to 7pm.
