Alice Fay Karasinski DiForti, 84, of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania died on Tuesday February 9, 2021. Born in Edison she was previously employed as a beautician. A member of Our Lady of Victory Church, Tannersville, Pennsylvania she loved spending time with her family and was a devoted caretaker of many stray cats near her home in the Pocono Mountains.

Daughter of the late Michael and Anna Gandola Karasinski she is survived by her husband James DiForti; her children Anthony DiForti and his wife Doris of Port Richey, Florida and Jay DiForti and his wife Tangereen of South Amboy; her sister Eleanor Scranton of Spotswood; her grandchildren Stephanie, Michael and Nicholas and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 20, 2021 at 1:30pm at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy, NJ 08879. Cremation was private. Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday from 12 noon to 2pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
