Ann Elizabeth Hajducsek, 79, of the Morgan section of Sayreville died peacefully on Monday June 24, 2024 at St. Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick with dear friends by her side. Born in Trenton she was raised in South Amboy and was a longtime resident of Morgan. She was employed by AT&T and IBM in Piscataway for 28 years before retiring from All Care Medical, Sayreville. A member of St. Mary’s R.C. Church, South Amboy she enjoyed gardening and baking and loved animals.
Daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Sinkewitz Hajducsek she is also predeceased by her brother Raymond A. Hajducsek and her loving aunt Elizabeth J. “Betty” Selover. She is survived by several cousins, nieces, a nephew, great-nieces and great-nephews and many close friends who are like family.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday June 27, 2024 at 10:30am from The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by an 11am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church. Interment will be in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visitation will be on Thursday morning only from 9:30 to 10:30am. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
