Barbara Jacobs Sebok Obituary

Barbara Ann Jacobs Sebok, 76, of Parlin died on Tuesday December 29, 2020 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge. Born in South Amboy she moved to Parlin in 1967. She was a member of the Friends of the Sayreville Library and Sacred Heart R.C. Church, South Amboy.

Daughter of the late Edward and Stephania Wonski Jacobs she is also predeceased by her husband Andrew E. Sebok in 2007 and her sister Joyce Jacobs. She is survived by her children Thomas Sebok, Susan Murphy and her husband Frank and Gail Surgent and her husband Kevin; her siblings Edward Jacobs and Patricia Moore and her grandchildren Andrew and Liliana Surgent.

Cremation was private under the direction of The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. A memorial service and interment in New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Friends of the Sayreville Library.
