Carol E. Bali Olivieri, 82, of Lavallette died on Wednesday April 1, 2026 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Perth Amboy she previously lived in Parlin. Before retiring she was employed by Two Guys, Woodbridge, E & B Mill Supply, Perth Amboy and Little Peoples Day School, South Amboy where she was lovingly known by many as “Miss Carol”. A 1962 graduate of Perth Amboy High School she was a member of St. Mary’s R.C. Church, South Amboy where she served as a Eucharistic Minister and was involved with Pre-Cana and Marriage Encounter. Carol and Tony were also active with NJ Right to Life.
Daughter of the late George and Elizabeth Kerly Bali she is also predeceased by her sister Judith Bali in 2002. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years Anthony J. Olivieri; her daughter and son-in-law Lori Ann and Richard Dobrzynski; her son and daughter-in-law Anthony G. and Stefanie Olivieri and her grandchildren Tyler Olivieri and his girlfriend Molly Frank, Julie Olivieri and her fiancé Christian Anderson, Ethan Dobrzynski and his fiancé Sean O’Connor and Elizabeth Dobrzynski.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday April 8, 2026 at 9:45am from The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by a 10:30am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church. Interment will be in Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery, Fords. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4 to 8pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Susan G. Komen For the Cure.
