Clara Gracie Carlino Cruz, 77, of Parlin died on Monday May 30, 2022 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge. Born in Brooklyn she was best known for her blingy hats. She enjoyed playing Bingo and watching James Bond movies and old crime shows. She was a coffee lover who enjoyed listening to music.
Daughter of the late Clemente and Mary Dayton Carlino she is also predeceased by her husband Alfredo C. Cruz in 2020 and her brother Vincent Carlino. She is survived by her daughters Debra Cerverizzo and her husband Michael and Maria Victoria Allen and her husband Darrel; her sons Alfredo Cruz, Jr. and his wife Elaine, Kurtis Vincent Cruz and his wife Yvonne and Danny Cruz; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 4, 2022 at 11am at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by interment in Christ Church Cemetery, South Amboy. Visitation will be on Saturday morning only from 10 to 11am. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
