Dolores Jones Casanova

Dolores Jones Casanova, 75, of Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania died on Saturday March 29, 2025 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne. Born in Newark she was a longtime resident of South Amboy. She was involved heavily within the community of South Amboy and contributed to the betterment of the public education system by petitioning for the development of the Middle High School. Dee enjoyed working at Olde Towne Deli and CK Deli in South Amboy.

Daughter of the late Carl and Rhea Browning Jones she is also predeceased by her husband James Douglas Casanova and her son Jimmie Casanova. She is survived by her son Brian Casanova and his wife Allison; her daughter Heather Guerrero, her husband David, and their daughter Brooke; and Nicole Spain and her daughters Courtney and Bailey.

Cremation was private. A memorial service will be held on Thursday April 3, 2025 at 6:30pm at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. Memorial visitation will be from 5 to 7pm. In lieu of flower donations may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America.
