Eleanor G. Scudese Feldmann

Born Eleanor Gloria Scudese in Brooklyn, NY, on February 11, 1934, the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes, Eleanor entered into eternal life on March 5, 2024. She most recently resided at Roosevelt Care Center, Old Bridge, NJ, where she was so loved by all who cared for her.

Eleanor was the youngest of three daughters born to the late Mary Galligano and Frank Scudese.

A lifelong Catholic, Eleanor graduated from St. Dominic Academy in Jersey City. She went on to enjoy a secretarial career at several companies in New Jersey, among them Daven Company in Livingston and Tech-Art Plastics in Morristown. She especially loved to bowl, and she enjoyed spending time with her dogs Duke and Sparky. Eleanor later moved to Florida, where she was a parishioner at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Dunedin.

Eleanor was predeceased by her first love, Robert Nork, whom she married on September 21, 1963, and her husband Frank Feldmann, whom she married in 1994.

Eleanor was also preceded in death by her sister Anna McDuffee and brother-in-law Fred McDuffee, her brother-in-law Gabriel (Gibby) DeGeorge, and her best friend Harriet Waldron Ballasone. She is survived by her oldest sister, Rose DeGeorge.

Eleanor was the proud and devoted Aunt to thirteen nieces and nephews, and to many grand and great-grand nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday March 18, 2024 at 11:30 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Dunedin, Florida, followed by interment at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens, Palm Harbor, Florida.
