Emilie P. Dyer

Emilie P. Dyer, formerly of New Jersey, passed away on January 11, 2023 in Florida where she has been a resident since approximately 2009. She was 84 years old.

Emilie was born November 28, 1938 in West New York, New Jersey. Emlie worked for the United States Government for 30 years. After she retired, she enjoyed spending time with her husband Alex, traveling, visiting casinos, shopping, visiting friends and above all, being with her family whom she loved dearly. Emilie also had a love of cooking, theater and reading.

Emilie is survived by her son Michael and his wife Elizabeth, her daughter Cindy Flier and her companion Jim, her son Brian and his wife Desiree, her grandchildren Michael, Anthony, Jessica, and her great granddaughter Bella.

Emilie is predeceased by her husband of 44 years, Alexander; her parents Frank and Lilian Marino, and her brother Frank.

A funeral service for Emilie took place on January 20, 2023 in Sun City, Florida. Entombment will be Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Mary's Cemetery in South Amboy, New Jersey.
