Florence E. Walsh Foldi, 81, of Parlin died on Monday March 14, 2022 at home. Born in South Amboy she was employed by Roosevelt Care Center, Edison until retiring. A graduate of St. Mary’s High School, South Amboy she was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and aunt. She enjoyed trips to Atlantic City and was always willing to help anyone in need.
Daughter of the late James and Lillian Angerspach Walsh she is also predeceased by her husband Edward J. Foldi; her sons Edward, James and Daniel Foldi; her brothers Robert, John, James and Raymond Walsh and her sister Evelyn Krauss. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Sharon and Thomas Bozan of El Paso, Texas; her sister and brother-in-law Alice and Chris Grevesen of Sayreville; her grandchildren Shaun Stevens and his partner Merrit Jackson of Moseley, Virginia, Ryan Stevens and his wife Sylvia of El Paso, Texas, Krystal Castellucio and her husband Michael of Point Pleasant Beach and Edward Foldi of Bath, Pennsylvania; her great-grandchildren Nathan and Vincent; many nieces and nephews including her caregiver Elizabeth Grevesen; and her companion Joseph Gregoreski.
Cremation was private under the direction of The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy.
