Florence G. deCsipkes Crabtree

Florence G. deCsipkes Crabtree, 94, of Parlin died on Tuesday October 11, 2022 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge. Born in Tottenville, Staten Island she was previously employed by the Old Bridge Police Department and Madison Center. She enjoyed crafting and trips to Atlantic City. She was a “people person” and could light up any room with her smile.

Daughter of the late Edward O. and Florence J. Raymond deCsipkes she is also predeceased by her husband Basil J. Crabtree in 2000. She is survived by her daughter Florence Meyer and her husband Douglas; her sons Vernon Crabtree and his partner Christopher M. Volosy and Edward Crabtree; her sister Barbara J. Nielsen; her grandchildren Gary Meyer and his wife Heather and Dawn Barreiros and her husband Marcelo and Nicole and Mark Crabtree; her great-grandchildren Christian and Emma Barreiros and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services and interment in Franklin Memorial Park were private under the direction of The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy.
