Gail Robinson Blount

Gail Robinson Blount, 65, of Parlin died on Thursday July 28, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Jersey City she was a graduate of Lyndhurst High School. Before retiring she was employed as a secretary to Judge Venezia in Middlesex County. An avid fan of Elvis Presley she enjoyed hummingbird watching and loved her family above all else.

Daughter of the late William and Ethel Robinson she is also predeceased by her sister Linda Thornley; her nephew Louie Palazzo and her niece Nicole Thornley. She is survived by her husband Donald Blount; her children Jessica Tuohy and her boyfriend Daniel Melendez, James Tuohy and his girlfriend Lindsey Wendroff, Garret Blount and his girlfriend Jessica Nerger and Daniel Blount and his girlfriend Jessica Cicciari; her niece Kristie Rivera and her grandchildren Mariela, Alina, Gianna, Ale, Aren, Giulia, Giuseppe and Matteo.

Visitation will be held on Monday August 1, 2022 from 4 to 8pm at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
