Geraldine Saunders Loughlin

 Geraldine “Gerry” Saunders Loughlin, 70, of Whiting died on Wednesday December 10, 2025 at home. Born in South Amboy she grew up in Sayreville and lived in Cliffwood Beach before moving to Whiting in 2024. She loved spending time at the waterfronts and “cruising” around town.

Daughter of the late Theodore and Geraldine O’Brien Saunders she is survived by her husband Mark Loughlin; her son Richard Pettus; her daughter Jennifer Katz; her brothers Theodore and Robert Saunders; her sisters Judy Radice and Mary Richman and her grandchildren Kyle Pettus and Silas Katz.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday December 16, 2025 at 6:30pm during visiting from 4 to 7pm at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. Cremation will be private.
