Gregory E. Latham

Gregory E. Latham, 39, of Newark died on Thursday, August 10, 2023. Born in New Brunswick, he was a longtime resident of Sayreville and South Amboy. He was previously employed as a laborer and utility man for the Middlesex County Utilities Authority, Sayreville and as a mechanic.

He is predeceased by his grandparents Patrick and Pauline Latham and Theodore and Catherine Magielnicki. He is survived by his son Hayden; his parents Robert and Ann Marie Magielnicki Latham; his brothers Bryan Latham and his wife Marisa, Douglas Latham, Stephen Latham and his wife Ashley, and Jason Latham and his boyfriend Kyle Benitez; his sister Katelyn Warzecha and her husband Keith, and many aunts, uncles, nephews, and a niece.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at 9:15am from The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by a 10am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church, South Amboy. Cremation will be private. Visitation will be on Monday from 4 to 7pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Morgan First Aid Squad, 1960 NJ 35, South Amboy, NJ 08879.
