James Anthony Marcano

James Anthony Marcano, 29, of South Amboy died on Wednesday June 12, 2024 at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Born in the Bronx he was a member of Protection Engine Company, South Amboy. A 2013 graduate of South Amboy High School he loved building computers, Jujitsu, cooking and being a firefighter.

He is predeceased by his paternal grandparents Julio Marcano, Sr. and Abad Cruz. He is survived by his parents Julio and Grisel Marty Marcano; his fiancée Tiffany Sulaimanee; his brothers Angel Leon and his wife Melissa and Julio Marcano, III; his maternal grandparents Primitivo and Carmen Marty; his nieces and nephews Jayleen, Joel and Jayden Marcano and Cadence and Orion Leon and Mia Rivera.

Funeral services will be held on Monday June 17, 2024 at 7pm at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. Cremation will be private. Visitation will be on Monday from 4 to 8pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family.
