Jimmie Casanova, 47, of Perth Amboy died on Wednesday August 23, 2023 at home. Born in Long Branch he was previously employed by South Amboy Taxi. An avid fan of the New York Jets, he was a loving father who had a heart of gold.
Son of the late James Douglas Casanova he is survived by his daughters Courtney and Bailey Casanova; his mother Dee Jones Casanova; his brother and sister-in-law Brian and Allison Casanova; his sister and brother-in-law Heather and David Guerrero; his niece Brooke; Nicole Spain; and several Aunts Uncles and cousins and his cat Riley.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday September 2, 2023 from 12 noon to 2pm at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. Cremation was private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the ASPCA.
