Joan Edna Zoll Travisano

Joan Edna Zoll Travisano, 86, of the Morgan section of Sayreville died on Saturday September 23, 2023 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Born in Brooklyn, New York she was previously employed by Amboy Bank for 12 years. She attended First Presbyterian Church, South Amboy for over 80 years.

Daughter of the late Frederick and Dorothy Cox Zoll she is also predeceased by her husband Raniero Michael “Renny” Travisano in 2019 and her brother Frederick Henry Zoll. She is survived by her identical twin sister, best friend and constant companion Jean Marie Chubway; her brothers-in-law Anthony Travisano, Michael Travisano and his wife Judy and Robert Travisano and his wife Arleen; her beloved pet scarlet macaw Edson and many nieces and nephews who are saddened by her loss.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday September 28, 2023 at 12 noon at First Presbyterian Church, 150 North Broadway, South Amboy followed by interment in Christ Church Cemetery, South Amboy. Visitation will be on Thursday morning only from 10am to 12 noon in First Presbyterian Church. Arrangements are under the direction of The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the First Presbyterian Church.
