Obituary
John A. English, 74, of South Amboy died on Wednesday June 21, 2023 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy. Born in New Brunswick he was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Before retiring in 2018 he was employed by Middlesex County Parks.
Son of the late John Francis and Ann Trello English he is also predeceased by his brother Gary English. He is survived by his wife Debbie Stolte English; his daughters Sarah Nuzzie and her husband Dan and Rebecca English and her fiancé Joe; his son Christopher English; his brothers Ken English and Jim English and his wife Ann; his grandchildren Tessa and Hallie Nuzzie and his aunt Gladys Hanson.
Visitation will be on Saturday June 24, 2023 from 12 to 3pm at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America, vva.org/donate.
