Joseph Michael Mulvanerton, 61, of South Amboy died on Monday November 27, 2023 at the Venetian Care & Rehabilitation Center, South Amboy. Born in Jersey City he lived in Monroe and Perth Amboy before moving to South Amboy. He was previously employed by All City Trucking, Jersey City. He enjoyed attending car shows and riding motorcycles and was a previous vice president of the Bishop’s Biker Club.

Son of the late Joseph M., Sr. and Barbara Paul Mulvanerton he is also predeceased by his brother Eric Mulvanerton in 2011 and his brother-in-law Stephen Jamolawicz in 2011. He is survived by his sisters Kitty Estelle and her husband Roger of South Amboy and Barbara Jamolawicz of South Amboy; his brother Robert Mulvanerton and his wife Diana of Fair Lawn; his nieces Megan Estelle and Gabby Mulvanerton; his nephews Joseph and James Jamolawicz and his great-nephew Dylan Letsche.

Funeral services will be held on Friday December 1, 2023 at 8:45am from The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by a 9:30am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Church. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5 to 7pm.
