Judith Dieker Quinlan

Judith Jane Dieker Quinlan, 77, of Parlin died on Wednesday December 1,2021 at Spring Hills Post Acute Care, in Matawan. Born in South Amboy she lived in Parlin most of her life. She was a graduate of The Charles E. Gregory School of Nursing before retiring she was a Registered Nurse for 35 years, most years of service at Raritan Bay Medical Center, in Perth Amboy. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, in South Amboy. 

She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Dennis F. Quinlan in 2018; her parents, Harry and Margaret Dieker ; and by her daughter Kathleen Whiteley in 2016. She is survived by her son Patrick Quinlan of Matawan; her son-in-law Norman Whiteley of Parlin; her sisters JoAnne Petrosky, Carol Buchanan, and Peg Dieker of Barnegat; her brother Jim Dieker of Sayreville; her grandchildren Dennis Quinlan of Queens, Norman Whiteley Manzi, and his husband Tyler Whiteley Manzi of Parlin, Megan Quinlan of Hoboken, and Matt Whiteley of Parlin; and her niece Judi Ryan in addition to many other nieces, nephews, and good friends.

Funeral services will be held on Monday December 6, 2021 at 5:30pm from The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by a 6pm service at Trinity United Methodist Church, 815 Bordentown Ave., South Amboy, NJ with repast dinner to immediately follow in the church hall. Cremation will be private. Visitation will be on Monday from 3 to 5:30pm. Masks are required by all visitors.
