Laszlo Kerekes

Laszlo Kerekes, 85, of South Amboy passed away on Thursday July 27, 2023 at JFK Medical Center, Edison. Born in Budapest, Hungary he was a veteran of the United States Army. He was employed by Elizabethtown Gas until retiring.

Son of the late Anna Simon he is also predeceased by his wife Geraldine Anne “Geri” Gatyas Kerekes in 2021. He is survived by his sons Peter and Kenneth Kerekes; grandchildren Eric, Steven, Jessica and Tara and his great-grandchildren Jake, Jesse and Emily.

Funeral services were private under the direction of The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy.
