Louise Antanies Nayduch, 86, of Parlin, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Roosevelt Care Center in Old Bridge. Born and raised in Newark, she later moved to Parlin, where she lived for many years. Louise worked as a cashier at Rite Aid until her retirement in 2001. She was a devoted member of St. Bernadette R.C. Church in Parlin.
Louise enjoyed bingo, playing cards, and trips to Atlantic City. Her home was always open to family and friends. She loved to sing and dance and was truly the life of every gathering.
She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Reo Antanies and was predeceased by her husband, John Nayduch, Jr., in 2000; her brothers John, Tony, and Arnold Antanies; and her sisters Phyllis Meyer and Concetta Strelecki.
Louise is survived by her loving children: John Nayduch, III and his wife Colleen, Lisa Eicher and her husband Sean, and Russell Nayduch. She was especially proud of and cherished her grandchildren: Ryan, Joseph, Matthew, and Michael.
Funeral services will be held on Friday March 20, 2026 at 10:30am from The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by an 11am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernadette Church. Interment will be private. Visitation will be on Friday morning only from 9 to 10:30am.
