Louise Litvinenko Koerner

Louise Litvinenko Koerner, 80, of South Amboy died on Monday December 29, 2025 at home. Born in Germany she was previously employed by Sa-V-It, East Brunswick. She enjoyed playing Bingo, trips to Atlantic City and spending time at Frog Hollow.

Daughter of the late Iwan “John” and Efrosynia “Christina” Grabowska Litvinenko she is also predeceased by her husband John Koerner in 1994. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Deborah and Thomas Van Fossen; her son and daughter-in-law John and Michelle Koerner; her sister and brother-in-law Rose and Robert Collins; her grandchildren Thomas J. Van Fossen, Jr. and his wife Kim and Brandon Douglas Koerner and his girlfriend Kourtney; she was “Gucci” to her great-grandson Jesse James Van Fossen; and several nieces and nephews

Funeral services will be held on Saturday January 3, 2026 at 10am at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by interment in St. Mary of Zyrovicy Cemetery, East Brunswick. Visitation will be on Friday from 4 to 8pm with Panachida at 6pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the South Amboy First Aid Squad.
