Lucille Adase

Lucille Adase, 85, of South Amboy died on Sunday August 17, 2025 at the Venetian Care & Rehabilitation Center, South Amboy. Born in Elizabeth she was previously employed by Twin County Grocer, Edison.

Daughter of the late Pasquale and Lucy Protita Adase she is survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law Patricia and Peter Kuc and Roseann and Tony Vasquez; her nieces and nephews Janice Fresnics, Christina Czarnick and her husband Joseph, Dawn Guinta and her husband James, Patrick Vasquez and Lucinda Bateman and her husband Aaron; her great-nieces and great-nephews Alisa, Cassy, Anthony, Ashley, Breanna, Jimmy, Devanne and Zoey and her great-great-nieces and nephews Caleb, Desi and Sophia.

Cremation was private. Funeral services will be held on Monday August 25, 2025 at 10:30am at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by interment in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Memorial visitation will be on Monday from 9 to 10:30am. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer’s New Jersey.
