Marilyn Mazer Orszewski, 82, of South Amboy died on Monday February 13, 2023 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Perth Amboy. Born in Wyoming, Pennsylvania she was an avid fan of the New York Mets. She enjoyed playing the lottery and scratch-offs and loved her “angels”, her grandchildren, from the bottom of her heart.
Daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Botyrius Mazer she is also predeceased by her brother Joseph Mazer, Jr.; her sister Betty Karosa and her son-in-law Steve Hanlin. She is survived by her husband Bernie Orszewski; her son and daughter-in-law Bernie and Lisa Orszewski; her daughter and son-in-law Dawne Hanlin and John Alfaro; her sister Phyllis Turner and her grandchildren Matthew and Taylor Orszewski and Ava Hanlin.
Cremation was private under the direction of The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy.
