Melissa Diaz

Melissa Diaz, 35, of South Amboy died on Friday November 22, 2019 at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia. Born in Elizabeth, she loved to crochet, cook, bake and listen to music. She enjoyed taking care of her nieces and nephews, vacations with family and spending time with her best friend Stephanie Ortiz.

She is survived by her parents Efrain and Daisy Diaz; her sisters Jessica Diaz-Tejada and her husband Christian and Julissa Diaz and her husband Cristian Aleman; her grandmother Teresa Rodriguez and her nieces and nephews Amarys, Jayel, Ayden and Julian.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday November 26, 2019 at 7:30pm at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. Cremation will be private. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4 to 8pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family.
