Michael A. Brown

Michael Brown, 66, of South Amboy died on Monday November 9, 2020 at Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center, Edison after and long and courageous battle with cancer. Born in Louisville, Kentucky he lived in Pennsylvania before moving to South Amboy. He was previously employed by Watkins & Sheppard, Sayreville. He enjoyed trips to Atlantic City and watching NASCAR.

Son of the late Adrian and Doris Blakely Brown he is also predeceased by his nephew Paul Chrzaszcz in 2012. He is survived by his wife Eileen MacNeil Brown; his children Michael Brown and his wife Agnes, Colleen Brown, Megan Dempsey and her husband John Martin, Scott Dempsey and his wife Ivette and John Dempsey and his wife Christina; his brothers Paul Brown and his wife Gloria and Dennis Brown and his wife Linda; his sisters Brenda Weller and her husband Russ and Karen Coggins; his grandchildren Frankie, Lily, Jack, Grayson, Alex and Fiona; the MacNeil family: Pat and Bill Regan, John MacNeil, Linda LaPira, Robbie and Roslyn MacNeil, Alex and Jackie MacNeil, Diane and Ed Binkowski, Maureen and Joe Fisher and Annie and Mike Chrzaszcz and his beloved dog Sandy.

Funeral services and interment in Christ Church Cemetery, South Amboy are private under the direction of The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or your local food pantry.
