Michael James Tedesco

Michael James Tedesco, 76, of Point Pleasant died on Friday December 5, 2025 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Born in South Amboy he was employed by FPL Sayreville Energy Plant for 30 years before retiring. Mike was a hard worker and was an avid boater. He loved helping people and was known to be selfless. He enjoyed coaching youth sports and was a loving and devoted husband and father.

Son of the late James A. and Dolores H. Geant Tedesco he is also predeceased by his grandson Michael Tedesco. He is survived by his wife Susan Coman Tedesco; his son Christopher Tedesco and his wife Amelia; his daughter Amy Tedesco and her wife Kim Vignola; his brother Keith Tedesco and his wife Michele; his grandchildren Cassandra and Christopher Steven Tedesco and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday December 12, 2025 at 10am at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, 256 Augusta Street, South Amboy. Cremation was private under the direction of The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
