Michele A. O’Toole, 71, of Hazlet died on Saturday February 18, 2023 at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. Born in South Amboy she enjoyed being with her loved ones, laughing and making memories and above all being “MomMom” to her beloved grandchildren.
Daughter of the late Adolph W. Jakubczak she is survived by her husband William J. O’Toole; her son and daughter-in-law Colin and Vira Redmond; her daughter and son-in-law Kathleen and Sean Hartley; her mother Philomena Delucia Jakubczak; her brother and sister-in-law David and Nancy Jakubczak; her sister and brother-in-law Janice and Kevin Izworski; her grandchildren Connor Redmond, Christopher and Samantha Albanese, Kymber Hartley and Theresa Murphy and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday February 27, 2023 at 9:30am at St. Bernadette’s Church, 20 Villanova Road, Parlin followed by interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Keyport. Cremation was private under the direction of The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
