Norma Brombert Schein

Norma Brombert Schein, 94, of South Amboy died on Monday May 8, 2023 at the Venetian Care & Rehabilitation Center, South Amboy. Born in Perth Amboy she was employed as a mortgage adjuster until retiring in 2008. A member of St. Mary’s R.C. Church, South Amboy she was a member of both the St. Mary’s and South Amboy Senior Citizens.

Daughter of the late Joseph and Mabel Thompson Brombert she is also predeceased by her husband George “Bob” Schein in 2000 and her son Robert Schein in 2016. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Joseph and Bernadette Schein; her grandson Joseph Schein and her daughter-in-law Dorothy.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday May 15, 2023 at 9:30am at St. Mary’s R.C. Church, 256 Augusta Street, South Amboy. Cremation was private under the direction of The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary’s Church.
