Raymond Smith

Raymond Smith, 66, of Hasbrouck Heights died on Friday July 24, 2020 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in South Amboy he was a self-employed construction worker. A true people person he loved making people laugh.

Son of the late James and Judith Ann Polosky Smith he is also predeceased by his brother George Smith and his nephew Danny Applegate in 2012. He is survived by his sister Ann Marie Applegate; his fiancée Asha Boussolo; his son and daughter-in-law Shawn Seecharan and Kavita Kewal; his grandchildren Angelica and Shane Seecharan and his friend Roger White.

 A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday August 8, 2020 at 10am at Sacred Heart R.C. Church, 531 Washington Avenue, South Amboy. Cremation was private. Arrangements are under the direction of The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude.
