Ruth Roberts Simon

Ruth Roberts Simon, 89, of South Amboy died on Saturday October 19, 2024 at home. She was born in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada.

Daughter of the late Charles and Shelia Powers Roberts she is also predeceased by her husband Louis G. Simon in 1992 and her siblings Junior, Judy and Gerald. She is survived by her son Gerald Simon; her daughter and son-in-law Gail and Paul Mundy; her siblings Ralph, Jean, Joan, Shirley and Norman; her grandchildren Emily Simon, Lauren Bradley (the late Rory) and Jennifer Nesi and her husband Bryan and her great-grandchildren Owen and Amelia Bradley and Olivia Nesi.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday October 24, 2024 at 10am at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by interment in Clover Leaf Memorial Park, Woodbridge. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5 to 8pm.
