Sharyn Ann O'Connell Conlon

Sharyn Ann O’Connell Conlon, 61, of Sayreville died on Monday February 22, 2021 at St. Peter’s Hospital, New Brunswick. Born in South Amboy, she was previously employed by the United States Postal Service, Fords, New Jersey.  A member of Our Lady of Victories R.C. Church, Sayreville, she loved gardening and decorating.

Daughter of the late Barbara Byrnes O’Connell, she is survived by her husband, Edward John Conlon; her two daughters, Meghan and Kerry Conlon; her father James "Red" O'Connell; her sister and brother-in-law, Tara and Thomas Geant, and her brother, John Fitzgerald O’Connell.

Funeral services will be held on Friday February 26, 2021 at 10am from The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by a 10:45am Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Victories Church. Interment will be in New Calvary Cemetery, Parlin. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4 to 8pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
