Susan Catherine Brennan Cochran

Susan Catherine Brennan Cochran, 52, of North Brunswick died on Tuesday October 8, 2024 at Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge.

Susan’s love had no boundary. Susan was a remarkable woman. She worked as a nurse’s aide, head cook, and manager. She will always be remembered as a hard worker, receiving numerous awards of excellence. But what she excelled at most was being a loving wife, mother, grandmother and daughter. Time spent with family was where she found the most joy. Whether it be taking in a movie, going to a concert, or sharing time around the family. She really loved it all! She will always be the spark in the room, a personality that those who know her best would simply say made you laugh, and bring light to a room. Although a warm soul, Susan was tough. No matter what life threw at her she was always the fighter. Enduring all the challenges of life along the way. Susan never gave up. Always saying come on, let’s go…you got this! Never allowing the challenges to extinguish her smile, her sense of humor through it all. Even through her health challenges, she soldiered on. For Susan, family was her life for which she gave her all to. And now, with her passing, her presence lives on through all that loved her. Her light will never be extinguished, and her love has left an imprint on all of us, who now carry on her legacy. We will love you forever Susan, and carry the memory of you in our hearts forever and ever.

Daughter of the late Donald F. Brennan she is survived by her husband Bobby Cochran; her children Jordan Rosado and his wife Melissa, Donna Cochran and her fiancé Thomas Scheurer and Bobby Cochran; her mother Mary Quinlan Brennan; her siblings Brenda Siwadlo and her husband Jack, Robin Zara and her husband Ralph, Sherol Pollack and her husband William and Don Brennan and his fiancée Jennifer Rivera; her grandchildren Zhalere Davis, Aiden Romero and Emma McNulty and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday October 16, 2024 at 6:30pm at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy. Cremation was private. Memorial visitation will be on Wednesday from 5 to 7pm.
