Thomas P. Judd, 93, of the Madison Park section of Old Bridge passed away peacefully on June 1, 2021 at home with his family by his side. Born in Jersey City he was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was employed by Perth Amboy Savings. A member of St. Bernadette Church, Parlin he was also a member of the Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh, Old Bridge.
Son of the late Thomas P., Sr. and Mary Doherty Judd he is also predeceased by his wife of 61 years Gloria A. Lyons Judd in 2014; his son Thomas Andrew Judd in 1963; his brother Gene Judd; his sister Mary Walicke and his son-in-law Jim Roemer. He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law Kathleen and Patrick Walsh of Sayreville, Eileen Roemer of Sayreville, Teresa Judd and Pegeen and Joseph McGann of Lacey; his sister Theresa Watson; 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday June 4, 2021 at 10:15am from The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by an 11am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernadette Church. Interment will be in Christ Church Cemetery, South Amboy. Visitation will be on Friday morning only from 9 to 10:15am.
