Warren F. Pfeuffer, 88, of Old Bridge died on Friday May 17, 2024 at home. Born in Elizabeth, NJ he was raised in New Hampshire and graduated High School in Sayreville before settling in Old Bridge in 1959. Before retiring in 1995 he was employed by Elizabethtown Gas Company for 40 years. He was president of the Middlesex & Monmouth Friendship Hall from 1995 to 2000 and served as vice president of the Carteret Widows & Widowers from 2014-2018.
Son of the late William and Caroline La Porte Pfeuffer he is also predeceased by his wife Barbara E. “Bobbi” Loftus Pfeuffer in 2005; his sons Warren F. Pfeuffer, Jr. and Wayne R. Pfeuffer. He is survived by his son Martin W. Pfeuffer and his wife Patti; his daughter Janis Lee Doran; his grandchildren Dana Conrad and her husband Kevin and Kelly Doran and her fiancé Alex Scheinert; his great-grandchildren Erin and Kathleen Conrad and his girlfriend Mary Lou Hagopian.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 22, 2024 at 10am at The Gundrum Service “Home For Funerals” 237 Bordentown Avenue, South Amboy followed by interment in Forest Green Park Cemetery, Marlboro. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 3 to 7pm.
